- Flight ticket charges are excluded in the package cost (Ticket charges are collected separately).
- Pony ride, Horse, Pallak ,(Helicopter Ride), Taxi Charge should be collected separately.
- Any expenses of personal nature such as porterage, food & drinks which are not in the part of regular menu, room service etc.
- All sightseeing entry passes, Boating passes or extra usage of vehicle other than mentioned in itinerary.
- Any increase in the fuel surcharge or any kind of taxes levied by respective governments.
- Any cost arising due to natural calamities like landslides, road blocks etc…
- The Seating positions in the bus will be as per the Booking Order.
- All the passengers are requested to carry Govt. approved photo identity.
- In case needing to take Tatkal Ticket, additional amount will be charged fromthe customer
- All Passengers have to get their medical fitness check prior to departure as a proof of capabilitytotravelhigher altitude places and to survive mild/extreme weather conditions.
- All necessary wardrobe for winter (thermal wear sweat shirts ,Woolen jackets and gloves should be carried along with themselves.
- Tour Timings/Itinerary are subject to change as per the climatic conditions of certain places. Team KAANANAVASA TOURS & TRAVELS reserves the right to alter, amend or even cancel any tour destination depending on the exigencies of the occasion, without assigning any reason.

PAYMENT TERMS & CANCELLATION POLICY
70% of total tour cost on booking, Balance payment have to remitted before 7 days onthedateof journey.
- Before 1 month of the travel date – A cancellation charge of 10% of the total tour cost will be applicable.
- Between 15 days and 1 month before the travel date – A cancellation charge of 25% of the total tour cost will be applicable.
- Between 7 days and 14 days before the travel date – A cancellation charge of 50% of the total tour cost will be applicable.
- Less than 7 days before the travel date – A cancellation charge of 100% of the total tour cost will be applicable.
